• Facilitation: Ron works with nonprofit leadership to make important decisions, having facilitated multiple board and staff retreats, peer learning sessions and meetings.
• Workshops: Ron leads multiple workshops that are fun, fast-paced and interactive. 
• Coaching: Ron assesses the strengths and weaknesses of executive staff and helps them develop a plan to increase their capacity and grow their organizations.
