RON MILAM CONSULTING  

Ron Milam works to build the capacity of community-based organizations in Southern California. He specializes in the areas of fundraising, board development and strategic planning. He works primarily with groups working on issues of urban sustainability, community development, arts and education. Ron has served over 65 organizations in the following capacities: 

• Facilitator:  Ron engages groups to make important sustainable agreements
• Trainer:  Ron leads highly-interactive trainings designed to build confidence
• Coach:  Ron builds the leadership capacity of executive staff and board members
